Surface Mount LED Operating Room
HXP provides a supplemental, asymmetric/symmetric surface mount lighting solution in the operatoiing room. The HXP is available 1×4, 2×2, and 2×4 sizes and it is typically positioned around the perimeter of the operating room.
Available with various housings, doorframes, and lens materials to become the ideal fixture for any operating room application.
Various doorframe materials available, if additional options are needed, consult factory. White TGIC polyester powder coat – 5-stage pre-treatment. Salt spray test: 1,000 hours; Reflectance – 92%. Doorframe secured to housing with stainless steel aircraft cables and captive flush mounted Phillips head stainless steel fasteners.
One-piece closed cell silicone gasket seals doorframe to housing.
Various housing options are available, if additional options are needed, consult factory. All doors attached to the housing with two stainless steel aircraft cables. Stainless steel Phillips head screws painted to match door finish to secure door frame to housing. White TGIC polyester powder coat – 5-stage pre-treatment. Salt spray test: 1,000 hours; Reflectance: 92%. Antimicrobial finish standard on all exposed painted surfaces of installed luminaire.
Electronic driver 0-10V, 1% and 10% dimming standard. For outputs A and B, 0-10V 10% dimming driver (no dim to off) is standard. For outputs C-J, 0-10V 1% dim to off dimming driver standard. Long-life LED system rated for >120K hours (L70 @ 25°C). Complies with federal energy efficiency standards.
Various lens options available, if additional options are needed, consult factory. RFI 3/8” square metal grid, grounded to the housing.
80 CRI or 90 CRI LEDs available in 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. Life is >120,000 hours at 70% lumen maintenance. Red (630nm) and Green (520nm) LEDs also available.
